The coupler test bench is used for testing couplers and buffersafter maintenance.
(1) For automatic couplers, it can automatically performfunctional tests on uncoupling cylinders.
(2) It can measure the maximum horizontal swing angle and maximum vertical swing angle of the coupler head, as well as the centering performance of the alignment device. The equipment includes a swing angle measurement system with a resolution of 0.01°.
(3) It can inspect and measure the length of the coupler with a measurement deviation within ±0.5mm.
