The APM Inspection and Maintenance Vehicle is engineered for mainline inspection and repair operations, featuring bidirectional travel capability with identical performance in both directions. It ensures the safe transportation of personnel, equipment, and parts to any location along the rail network while providing a secure working platform for on-site maintenance tasks. With a towing capacity of 2 tons, the vehicle can pull, tow, or park trailers and equipment under diverse conditions, including unpredictable schedules and challenging tunnel environments.
Measuring approximately 2.3 meters in width, 4.3 meters in length, and 1.7 meters in height, the vehicle is powered by batteries and equipped with two driver cabins and two control consoles on its working deck. All movements are manually controlled by the driver, with no autonomous functionality, ensuring precise operation. The vehicle supports bidirectional variable-speed driving, with a maximum speed capped at 15 km/h for safety and accuracy.
