The Weighing Test Bench is primarily used for weighing and eccentric load testingof rail vehicles. It measures parameters such as wheel load, axle load,eccentric load, total vehicle weight, and planar center-of-gravity position after vehicle assembly or post-overhaul maintenance . It can automatically generate test reports and provide the vehicle's planar center-of-gravity coordinates.
Depending on installation methods, the system can be categorized into fixed-type and mobile-type benches：
1. Fixed-Type Weighing Test Bench-Shallow
-Pit Train Weighing Bench: Features twofixed weighing mechanisms for testing after bogieand car body assembly, ensuring compliance with rail vehicle safety requirements.
-Deep-Pit Full-Vehicle Weighing Test Bench:Equipped with movable and height-adjustable weighing beams, enabling balance testing, spring adjustment testing, and flexibility testing in addition to standard weighing.
2. Mobile-Type Weighing Test Bench
-Utilizes a lead screw tightening mechanism and a wheel-rim weighing method, offering a compact,lightweight design with no foundation requirements.
