The bogie bench is used for the static load testing of train bogies after maintenance. It can simulate the loading ofcarbody onto the bogie and check various technical parameters of the assembled bogie. It can automatically measure thewheel load and axle load after pressure added, calculate the differences in wheel weight and axle weight; measure theheight at four corners of the bogie; automatically measure the inner distance and wheelbase, and automatically calculatethe parallelism and rectangularity of the axles.
The loading device of the test bench adopts mechanical or hydraulic loading modes, which can realize automaticmeasurement and semi-automatic measurement operations. It has online help and a good human-machine interface,allowing for program management; it can print relevant data at selected time, and automatically generate inspectionreports.
